General Time-Sharing Schedule for Unique Work Situations U-3

This schedule is designed for when Parent A (parent with VISITATION rights) works a two weeks on and one week off work schedule or a three weeks on and one week off work schedule. This schedule is particularly useful for when Parent A’s work is performed at a substantial distance from the residence of the child.

Child(ren) Under 12 Months

On the weekdays [Monday through Friday] that Parent A is off work, Parent A will have physical custody of the child(ren) [three] to [six] hours each day.

On the weekends [Saturday and Sunday] that Parent A is off work, Parent A will have physical custody of the child(ren) for period of [four] to [eight] hours on both Saturday and Sunday, but not overnight.

Child(ren) Ages 1-5 Years

During the week that Parent A is off work, Parent A will have physical custody of the child(ren) from [Sunday afternoon] through [Wednesday evening] and [Thursday afternoon] through [Saturday evening].

Child(ren) Over 5 Years

During the week that Parent A is off work, Parent A will have physical custody of the child(ren) from [Sunday afternoon] through [Saturday evening].

Parent B (the parent with SOLE PHYSICAL CUSTODY) will have physical custody of the child(ren) during the remaining times of the month.
