General Time-Sharing Schedule for Unique Work Situations U-2

This schedule is designed for when Parent A (the parent with VISITATION RIGHTS) has a work schedule of one week on and one week off.

Child(ren) under 12 Months
On the week that Parent A works, he/she will have physical custody of the child(ren) [two] sessions during the week lasting [three] to [six] hours per session.
On the week that Parent A does not work, he/she will have physical custody of the child(ren) [three] sessions during the week lasting [three] to [eight] hours per session.

Child(ren) Ages 1-5 Years
On the week that Parent A works, he/she will have physical custody of the child(ren) [two] sessions during the week, each lasting [three] to [six] hours, or [one] overnight session.
On the week that Parent A does not work, he/she will have physical custody of the child(ren) for [three] weekday sessions lasting [three] to [eight] hours and for [two] consecutive weekend overnight sessions.
Parent B (the parent with SOLE PHYSICAL CUSTODY) will have physical custody of the child(ren) during the remaining times of the month.

Child(ren) over 5 Years
On the week that Parent A works seven [7] days, Parent A will have physical custody of the child(ren) for [two] weekday sessions lasting [three] to [six] hours or one weekday overnight session.
On the week Parent A does not work, Parent A will have physical custody of the child(ren) every day for [three] to [six] hours or two sessions per week each with two overnights.
Parent B (the parent with SOLE PHYSICAL CUSTODY) will have physical custody of the child(ren) during the remaining times of the month.
