-
Week 1: Parent A will exercise physical custody with the child(ren) for [three] to [six] hours a day, but not overnight, from [three] to [seven] days per week, either: (1) at the child’s residence; or (2) at the residence of another family member’s home with whom the child(ren) is familiar. The child(ren) should be returned to Parent B no later than 6:00 p.m. each night.
-
Weeks 3 and 4: Parent A will exercise physical custody with the child(ren) for [six] to [nine] hours, but not overnight, unless the child is over 12 months of age, from [three] to [seven] days per week either: (1) at the child(ren)’s residence; (2) at the residence of another family member’s home with whom the child(ren) is familiar; or (3) in the community of the child(ren)’s residence. If the child(ren) is over 12 months of age, weeks 3 and 4 can include up to [two] overnights each week. Except for when the child(ren) is staying overnight, the child(ren) should be returned to Parent B no later than 6:00 p.m. each night.
Parent B (the parent with SOLE PHYSICAL CUSTODY) will have physical custody of the child(ren) during the remaining times of the month.
After Week 4: Physical custody shall revert to the court-ordered General Time-Sharing Schedule.
